Virtual Field Trip submitted by krogers on July 21, 2023, 10:23am This is aimed at youth, but it is remarkably mature and information-dense. It takes the form of a virtual field trip, with a "mission" at the beginning, to make it accessible and engaging for youth while delivering important facts and a good message. Some of the facts are statistics, but the book does not saturate the reader with mind-numbing stats, rather interspersing them occasionally with much more relatable explanations about how certain species become endangered and what is being/can be done to help prevent extinction or restore endangered populations.
