Funny crayons submitted by manz on August 27, 2015, 12:33pm This is a good book - it's funny with great illustrations and witty little postcards written to a boy from his lost crayons. While this is still a must-read, I liked the first book better - "The Day the Crayons Quit."

Funny submitted by kathscot on August 28, 2015, 4:28pm I actually enjoyed this book more - the colors go beyond Roy G. Biv and the running joke with neon red is very funny.

The Day The Crayons Came Home submitted by SBNB on July 8, 2016, 6:41pm Cute, cute book. Postcards from all the lost and neglected crayons.

great sequel submitted by shumoon on December 26, 2016, 12:43pm As good as the first book "The Day the Crayons Quit."

Big Hit with the Kids submitted by Carlylc on June 17, 2017, 6:10pm My kids love this creative sequel to "The Day the Crayons Quit". Neglected, damaged, and broken crayons send funny postcards to their owner, Duncan.

Nice book submitted by LisaT on August 30, 2017, 8:07am Good sequel. Avoids the controversy that some drummed up with the first one.

Sequel is our favorite submitted by trina05 on June 17, 2019, 3:17pm Duncan returns to set things right with all of his neglected, lost and forgotten crayons.

ROYGBIV submitted by jessNU on July 19, 2019, 9:51pm An excellent follow up to the already great first book in this series

A Colorful Story submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 10:17am This book recycles the same format from “The Day the Crayons Come Home” to tell more stories about Duncan’s poor crayons, who have gone missing and who need rescuing from a series of unfortunate (but hilarious) situations. Each pages features a postcard from a crayon and an illustration of their predicament, with some delightful callbacks to classic tourist destination designs and excellent details in the cancellation stamps and handwriting styles. The concept is clever and executed perfectly, with a lot of humor built into the illustrations and a surprising moral payoff at the end.

Funny submitted by TLW1998 on June 25, 2022, 8:09pm A very funny book about the perspective of a kid's crayon set
