Moby Dick Ocean submitted by SBNB on June 24, 2015, 12:25pm Nice little book. It gives some details from Moby Dick while introducing ocean-themed words.

Best Adaptation of Moby Dick submitted by Sara W on August 24, 2015, 11:18am The BabyLit series is incredibly charming - Allison Oliver's illustrations absolutely steal the show. The author, Jennifer Adams, does a great job crystallizing a plot, as in Moby Dick, or playing with concepts like shapes, counting, colors, etc.

Because the text is minimal, and the illustrations are gorgeous, these books are a perfect opportunity to interact and talk about the images on each page. There are lots of images to identify or read aloud and then play memory games with. This is my favorite BabyLit book of them all and I eagerly snatch up each one when they're available. Total winner.

Love This Series submitted by majean on August 19, 2018, 1:16pm These books foster an interest in our world and, hopefully, the classic literature they come from. The classic lit part if probably more fun for the parents than young children, but maybe one day!
