Fun take on a classic folktale submitted by cbrewster on August 19, 2013, 4:59pm This version of the folktale brings in Hispanic elements. The goats want to go to a fiesta in Mexico to play their music, but they must cross a bridge where a chupacabra lives underneath. Instead, of using their size and strength to outwit the chupacabra, they play their instruments to wear out him out. Cute story and fun for kids to see how the same story can be told in different ways. The only thing I didn't like was the way the chupacabra looked; he very cartoonish compared to the rest of the illustrations.
